A COMMITMENT TO OUR GUESTS, OUR STAFF, AND OUR COMMUNITY
At Venetian Macau Ltd., we are committed to providing each guest with an unforgettable experience. This commitment extends to every facet of our properties – including the casino floor. From our team members to our community, we are dedicated to contributing to the continuous development of the community of Macau.
Venetian Macau Limited has taken a proactive approach to combat the social issues arising from problem gambling by launching a full Responsible Gaming Program in 2007. This program aims to provide information of problem gambling and teaches our team members how to direct guests to obtain help. We optimize our Responsible Gaming Program through continuous partnership with experts, scholars, doctors and counseling centres, striving to effectively reduce the incidence of problem gambling related behaviors.
