Venetian Macau Ltd. has implemented a self-exclusion program since 2004, which allows any patron to exclude himself or herself from our properties if they choose to do so. Venetian Macau Ltd. also strictly prohibits underage gaming and refuses admission into gaming areas to anyone under 18 years of age. Partnering with experts, scholars, and doctors, we have created a program that not only provides problem gamers with a means to seek help, but also teaches our Team Members how to direct guests to obtain help and to have a proper and full understanding of the importance of establishing a corporate culture of responsibility.
